GENERAL INFORMATION
Each chandelier will be wired with 6' of cord.  Also included, will be a ceiling canopy to match the arms and 3' of black chain. Extra cord and chain may be added upon request.
Unless otherwise stated in the description of each item, all of the fixtures are electric. Candle fixtures may be ordered for 10% less than the electric price.  We use only UL approved parts.  Because every piece is made to order and handcrafted some colors may vary slightly.

We will be adding more chandeliers in the near future.  Our shipping times vary. If not in stock we are currently at 10-12 weeks.

PAYMENT
You can use MasterCard, Discover, Visa or American Express executed through PayPal at checkout.  You may also send a check or call to charge. Full payment is expected at time of order for all orders - in stock or special ordered.  In stock items  usually ship in 7 business days.  Some larger items might have additional shipping charges if they are oversized.  If that is the case you will be contacted.

DAMAGES
In the event you received your merchandise damaged - contact the shipper.  Leave item in original box with all packing material.  Then contact us.  We will gladly replace it as quickly 
as we can when it is returned from shipper.
